NT-2 and P-19 cell transfection

Does anyone have any experience transfecting differentiated NT-2 or P-19 
cells?  I am interested in using these cell lines to study targeting of 
mRNAs to dendrites and would like to transfect constructs containing 
potential targeting sequences into differentiated cells.  If anyone would
