Hello! Has anyone ever had problems with Promega's Wizard PCR preps ?? I've done dozens of preps with no difficulty but suddenly yields are very low. (Right now I'm trying to purify appr. 200 bp long fragment from LMP agarose gel for ligation.) Any suggestions ? thanks in advance, Jukka.
