HELP In vivo footprinting - LMPCR

I am currently attempting in vivo footprinting using the 
ligation-mediated PCR method in Current Protocols (Mueller, Garrity and 
Wold). I have gone through the procedure twice, but the end result is a 
blank gel. Does anyone have any handy hints about this method? I would 
appreciate hearing from anyone who has had success with this method; I 
really need it to work!  Please Email me directly.
