5' RACE

Hello,

I am attempting to amplify the 5' portion of a cDNA using Frohman's
modified RACE protocol (Methods in Enzymology, 218: 341-356).  He
recommends using Centricon-100 spin filters to purify reverse-transcribed
cDNA from primers, etc.  Does anyone know if Quiagen PCR Purification
Kits or Promega PCR Purification kits will work instead? Or, who sells
Centricon-100 spin filters.  Any other helpful hints would be greatly
appreciated!
