PCR: Taq or Vent???

I too would like to see a paper on this 'cos knowing this enzyme v.well I
find it difficult to believe. I know it has a 5'3' exonuclease activity but
primer degradation is usually a problem with Vent and Pfu 'cos of their 3'-5'
exonuclease activity not 5-3.


My mind's made up. Don't confuse me with the facts!
