The best kit in my hands was Sequitherm Long Read, which I adapted for use with 33p-labelled primers ( sold by Epicentre Technologies ), however, Sequenase is also OK, but it needs enormous amounts of DNA compared to any cycle-sequencing kit. In both cases the PCR products were either gel purified or passed over Qiagen PCR Kit columns. Sasha
