Method wanted:-Enhancement of AP linked in situ's with PVA

Hi

At a conference recently I was told of a method for enhancing the signal from
an alkaline phophatase linked secondary during whole mount in situ
hybridisation - does anyone have any details?
A BIDS search brought up the paper:- Barth & Ivarie,  1994;  Biotechniques V.17
pp324-327,  but I've been having trouble getting hold of a copy.
