Help: COncanavalin A chromatography

Hi there!

I have a question about affinity chromatography with Concanavalin A (Con A).
Once the sample intended for fractionation has been applied to and eluted 
from the Con A column, say with methyl mannoside or methyl glucoside, how 
should the column be treated before the next sample is applied? Do the now 
tightly bound mannosides and glucosides have to be removed from the column 
before the next sample is applied, and if so, how?
