Hi I am eluting my protein from a MAb column using triethylamine ..this works very efficiently, but on lyophilising and running an SDS-PAGE I get considerable widening of the lane. Any ideas on why, and how to prevent this? Shoumo PS. I posted this earlier under 'triethylamine' but got only one response, so am posting again.
