Ligation in 5 min!

Why do you need a kit to do a quick ligation.  The ligation reaction
proceeds very quickly at R.T. without any special tricks involved.  The
ligation rxn is usually 90% complete within 15'.  Test it for yourself
by either running a gel or running quantiative transformations.
