Stratagene sell an anti-LacI polyclonal for analysis of their Lac-Switch
expression plasmid. I have no idea how good it is as mine is still in
the freezer. Another possibility is Kathleen Shive Matthews at Rice
University who *had* monoclonal antibodies :-( and has polyclonal
antibodies against LacI.
Check out JBC 260,1185-1190 (1985) for her (very nice) work.
