My own sequencing strategy is to clone pcr product into plasmids first. As my friends and lecturers said direct pcr sequencing was difficult and with poorer results. Actually, advantages of pcr sequencing are fast and less expensive. What are other adv and disadv of the above two approaches? Frankie LEE
