Labelled proteins on ABI sequencer?

Hi Netters

Has anyone out there tried running dye-labelled proteins on an ABI 
automated DNA sequencer?  Does it work?  What are the pitfalls?  More 
importantly has anyone tried labelling proteins with NHS-ester dyes 
from ABI? Does it work?  I guess you are all wondering why when you 
use silver stains etc.  Well I hope it will be more sensitive!
