Using conserved peptide sequences to fish out some interesting proteins
from different speices need to design degnerated primers. Deoxyinosin or
equal moles of mixed bases was used at degenerated sites. Regarding the
specificty of PCR products which is better for reaction, should I conside
the deoxyinosine containing primers as one primer or a mixture of
primers, what the pratical range of primer concentration, how to set
anneaning temperature? Thanks!
