Dear Bionetters, Is there anybody who has experience in expressing the Green Fluorescent Protein using the pGFP-N1 vector in K46 B-cells from mouse as well as in fibroblasts? The fibroblasts were primary fibroblasts imortalized with SV40. From this a cell line was built to be used for the expression of GFP. Thanks, U.Thoenes
