Plasmid vector with adenoviral E1a gene needed!

Hi there!

For immortalization of mammalian cells I`m searching for a plasmid vector with 
the adenoviral E1a gene as insert. A plasmid construct for expression in 
mammalian cells would be nice, other vectors are welcome too!

Any suggestions?
