Accurate and Long PCR

  We've used the BMB Expand kit for templates up to 9kB with good
results.  It does seem to be more sensitive to the template
concentration than regular PCR, so be sure to do a series of template
DNA concentrations that span the manu.'s recomended range.  Also, you
*have* to use thin walled PCR tubes.  Otherwise it won't work.  Good
