Has anyone made a cDNA expression plasmid that expresses well in both
saccharomyces cereciasiae and mammalian cells? Many promoters work in both
cell types, but what about RNA processing signals like splice/polyA. It
might be possible to incorporate all the signals that both organisms need.
Does anyone know if such a plasmid has already been constructed?
