I was wondering if anyone could give me feedback on PCR mutagenesis. I have a 1.4kb insert into which I would like to introduce a point mutation at around the 600bp region.I have read some articles about recombinant PCR but if anyone could give me some general advice on this technique and also a suitable polymerase to use I would be very grateful.
