You should be aware that it takes more than just PCR primers for specific
genes to make PCR quantitative.  You need to have some sort of internal
standard to go along with it, but Huo and Rothstein list some primers that
seem to amplify several of the jun and fos family members in a recent
(1995) J. Imm., pp3300-3309.
