I prefer to use a "Rocal" - oxydant type sterilizer for surgery in
water on the incubator flor; Potassiun bichromate in a jacket water
and hygh concentration _fresh_ Amphotericine B in the culture
media. Hybridomas grows well even in serum-free conditions.
