I was wondering if anyone was willing to supply me with the "Ty" element in yeast. I would like to use this element for DNA fingrprinting in yeast strains. Is there another DNA sequence in yeast that might be used for DNA fingerprinting in yeast strains? Thank yopu very much Rodney Earl Pettway
