Continuing on the subject.....does anyone know of any reason why UV treatment cannot be used to sterilise the cuvettes ie. to kill bacteria/yeast and to destroy any residual DNAs (we use EXPENSIVE (!) BioRad cuvettes). Thanks in advance. Emma Tonkin University of Aberdeenz
