Somatic in-vivo adenovirus gene therapy

Hi there,

I would be very grateful if someone could provide me with
some infos about Adenovirus to transfect the CNS, i.e. point
me to relevant literature, send me an abstract etc.
In particular, I would need:

a) A protocol about the virus design and the gene insertion

b) Safety issues

c) Advantages and drawbacks

d) Relevant literature
