Hi - It sounds weird, but has anyone ever had hybridization problems with plaques or colonies lifted onto nylon which cleared up when they switched to nitrocellulose? I've heard anecdotal evidence from a few sources and was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks Robert
