We use activated charcoal, make a sort of tea bag of it and drop it into
the container of EtBr contaminated buffer. I'm assuming its just agarose
gel buffer you need to get rid of. If you are still using CsCl/EtBr
to purify plasmids the cheapest answer is to change protocols
