Hello everyone, I am interested in using RDA - representational difference analysis (Lisitsyn et al Science, 259 pp 946-951) to clone probes linked to disease resistance (Verticillium wilt) in cotton. I haven't seen any reports using this technique in plants. Has anyone had any experience with it?
