Amanda, I'm in the Meeks-Wagner lab at U of O and we have attempted GDRDA in Arabidopsis and RDA in Yeast containing artificial chromosomes. We haven't had much success with it but we haven't tried it intensively. If you have specific questions I'd be happy to try to answer them. Good Luck, Tina.
