Amanda, I'm in the Meeks-Wagner lab at Univ. of Oregon and we have attempted to use GDRDA in Arabidopsis and RDA in Yeast containing different YACs. We haven't had much success with it but it hasn't been tried intensively. If you have specific questions I'd be happy to try to answer them. Good Luck - Tina
