RTase Efficiency ?

Hello,

Does anyone have some good references on the efficiency of reverse
transcription reactions (that is conversion rate of ssRNA/dsRNA to cDNA)? 


In my (very) limited experience, it seems to be around 7-10%.  Do you
think this is TOO low.  Any inputs (experience) would be appreciated.
