Preparation of Cell Surface Antigen

Hello, Netters

I need protocols for the preparation of cell surface antigens from

cultured animal cells. I plan to make the polyclonal antiserum 

to the cell surface antigen. 

Any advice of information will be greatly appreciated. 

Please help me.
