Hello, we are working with a particle gun and we use a plasmid with GUS report gene. We are trying to stably transform tomato, using coated tungsten microprojectiles. Does anybody know if linearized plasmids work better than circular ones? Are the first more recombinogen than the second? Thanks in advance Sonia Massimiliano
