Anyone who reads J. Biol. Chem. and has access to a www browser should check 
out the following URL:

This is the ASCMB site for JBC and has search forms for recent issues.  Not 
only does it have abstracts, but the entire paper can be viewed including JPEG 
graphics.  It's a great implementation (cross referencing, hyperlinks, the 
lot).  The latest issue is May 19th and back issues include the month of 
April.
