Hi,
l've been trying to make an EcoRl library using DH12S host. 
However, after >10 attempts, l've still not had any success (l don't get any 
colonies-AT ALL!!). l have tried the following: 

1. Electroporating DH12S cells using ligation mixture that has been etOH 
precipitated.
2. Diluting the etOH precipitated ligation mixture 1:1, 1 in 10 and 1 in 100 
and then use these diluted samples to electroporate cells.
3. Transformation of rubidium chloride DH12S competent cells.
