Non-Radioactive Detection

Hi Folks,

I'm thinking of turning to non-radioactive methods for doing routine
Southerns and the like and am wondering if anyone has had good,
reproducable results with a specific system/vendor/protocal.  Many of the
sales reps. are less than enthusiastic about specific systems and it is
rare that you see one of these methods used in a publication.  So, is the
hype just that or can any of these methods be used sucessfully on a
regular basis?
