RNA-coupling to Sepharose?

Dear colleagues:

I want to isolate RNA-binding proteins and therefore I have to couple a
specific RNA transcript to sepharose. Has someone experience in doing so?
I tried CNBr-activated Sepharose with my transcript but coupling efficiency was
very low.
