S: human mt-DNA

Hallo Netters,

I am looking for a company, where human mt-DNA is commercially available. 
Does anyone know where I can buy this? 
I am also interested to separate mt-DNA from human blood from nc-DNA, does 
anyone know how to do this? I would like to know how much mt-DNA I can get 
from human blood?
