Hi All! Does anyone know of reasons why expression would not occur after either injection of cDNA into the oocyte nucleus, or injection of mRNA into the cytoplasm? In control injections using other DNA/RNA, we do get expression, so the problem must be something intrinsic to the RNA or protein itself. Maybe something to do with mRNA stability???
