Does anyone know of a vector that is not cut by the restriction enzyme Bgl1? Most Amp and Tet resistance genes, as well as the SV40 Ori have Bgl1 sites, so I guess it would have to be a vector that contained kanimycin or chloramphenicol resistance. Help!
