Differential Display Systems

We intend looking for differentially expressed genes in colorectal cancer
cell lines following treatment with various growth and dietary factors. Has
anyone got any experience with using differential display systems and if
so, which is the best one to use. The only commercial supplier we have
information on is Display Systems-Tandil Ltd.
