I'm trying to finish the cloning of a cDNA. I have all but the 3' 10%. RACE is not working, and inverse PCR didn't work. I can't find it in several libraries. Homology to the human gene shows an A-rich stretch just downstream of the point where I'm stuck (maybe binding the poly T primers in RACE). Any suggestions?
