Help for identification of 300 kD protein.

Dear netters.

Is there anybody who kindly answer me the method of identification of
protein expressed which has M.W. of about 300 kD.   That protein is
expressed in E.coli as fusion protein of maltose-binding protein and 
it is basic protein in nature.   So far I have no idea to confirm the
expression of it.   I'd like to know whether it is expressed or not 
at least.   Hoping kind answers...      Thanks in advance.
