About making Amp stock. We are making Amp stock solution in 70% ethanol and store at -20 C. It have some advantages; No contamination of amp-resistant bacteria; No freeze/thaw; Can be stored at lower temp. I'm not sure but it can be stored at least for a month. Shin-ichiro Hiraga
