Riboflavin in Acrylamide

Riboflavin is most often used as a photoinitiator of polymerization instead
of the usual TEMED/persulphate combination. The degree of polymerization
achieved with this photopolymerization does seem to be less oxygen
sensitive. Check out some of Righetti's papers in "Electrophoresis" in the
last year or so...
