Anti P-Ser/P-Thr Antibodies

I am not sure why such antibodies would be useful.  I am not surprised
that they would "seem" very dirty as phosphoserine and phosphothreonine
are extremely abundant protein modifications.  It is estimated that
phosphotyrosine makes up less than 0.1% of all cellular protein
phosphorylation.  That is why the detection of it is so meaningful.
