There are several reports in the literature about people making chimeric proteins (antibodies, etc.) using plasmids with human genomic IgG1 hinge, CH2, CH3.. domains. Does anyone know wher I can get one of these plasmids? I've tried calling some of the authors, but have (so far) only reached answering machines... Thank you very much, Gwen Shafer
