Hello,
Can anyone suggest a good computer program (free) for choosing
oligonucleotides for in situ hybridization to quantify changes in levels
of very similar proteins (the ten, maybe more by now, types of adenylyl
cyclase)? Or perhaps a strategy I can use looking at an alignment of all
the types? Thanks.
