Church for Northern blots?

We use a modified Church...  hyb soln (0.5 M NaPO4, pH 7, 5% w/v
SDS) for northerns.  Works like a charm!

By the way, use the cheap semi-pure SDS from Sigma instead of
the expensive molec. biol. grade.
