Has anybody got a tried and tested protocol for iPCR on cDNA as I'm trying to clone out the unidentified 5' flank of a fusion transcript. it appears to be present at low levels and has resisted all attempts at RACE and homopolymeric tailing so far. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, Gordon
