We have isolated a clone from a lambda gt10 library, but EcoRI did not release the large fragment, although a smaller 5' fragment was released. PCR has not been helpful in getting out a single large band. Are there alternative useful enzyme sites in gt10? Thanks. Cyue at mhnet.mhmc.org
